Recipients of the State Citizen of the Year Awards attend an event at Government House in the week prior to Australia Day and are awarded by Her Excellency the Honourable Frances Adamson AC, Governor of South Australia, and our Sponsors – Local Government Association of South Australia, MGA Insurance, IWS, SARAH Constructions and OTR.
